Founder/Producer

After completing a degree in Sociology and Law, Elif pursued a master's program in the field of performing arts and cultural management in Paris. During this period, she participated in research projects related to resource management and audience habits in Parisian art institutions within the framework of Creative Europe and European Union projects. Her master's thesis involved conducting research on budget management and audience habits in private theaters in Istanbul. In 2020, Elif established 484 Urban Garden by transforming a family farm in Kemerburgaz into an open art studio. She actively works as a producer and serves on the selection committee of the Eurodram International Theatre Association for the staging of plays by local playwrights.


Şevval Remziye Erdinç

Production Coordinator

In 2019, she entered the Department of Art and Culture Management at Yıldız Technical University; during her education, she worked as an assistant curator at the "Ritim/Nefes" Exhibition, which focused on a joint production of music and plastic arts, and co-curated the " Yankı" Exhibition, which focused on the past-future and the place of these processes in human memory. She is currently working as Production Coordinator at 484.


Eyüp Çelik

Production Administrator

His interest in performing arts began in high school. In 2017, he earned a full scholarship to the Yeditepe University Theater Department and, while pursuing his undergraduate education, he developed a keen interest in both the technical and creative aspects of the profession. This passion led him to take on various technical and creative roles in different art institutions while continuing his undergraduate studies. Additionally, he actively participated in local and international workshops related to the field and profession during his undergraduate years. Upon completing his degree, he joined 484 Urban Garden to gain hands-on experience in the process of project creation within the field. Drawing from these diverse experiences, his ultimate goal is to establish his own platform dedicated to producing cultural and artistic value in the future.



Betül Sarıkavak

Assistant

She began her theater studies at the conservatory and was introduced to digital performing arts. To enhance her skills in this field, she participated in design and technical training. She contributed to various projects as a performance artist, assistant director, and designer. After completing her studies, she gained experience as a technician through an internship in Spain. Currently, she works as a production and finance assistant at 484 while also pursuing personal projects.
